Dr Vidurath Mayadunne is a highly experienced consultant physician with an interest in neuro cardiovascular disease.
He received his postgraduate training in London Hopspitals and later went on to receive specialty training in General Medicine and Geriatrics at Hammersmith and Charing Cross Hospitals NHS Trust where he developed a special interest in neuro-cardiovascular diseases.
Currently, he works at the Frimley Health Foundation Trust and is based at Wexham Park Hospital where he has been a consultant since 2003.
His clinical interests are POTS, dizziness, unexplained faints and palpitations, hypertension, weightloss, fatigue, and in the elderly he specialises in strokes/TIA, gait unsteadiness, falls, parkinsonism and memory impairment.
Dr Mayadunne has practicing priviledges at BMI Hospitals ( Princess Margaret Hospital in Windsor and Chiltern Hospital in Gt Missenden), Spire Thames Valley Hospital in Gerrards Cross, and Bridge Clinic in Maidenhead, Berkshire.
