Mr Tunde Dada has been a Consultant Obstetrician and Gynaecologist within Buckinghamshire NHS Trust since 2004, specialising in Laparoscopic (key-hole) and Hysteroscopic Surgery. He was instrumental in developing Gynaecological minimally invasive surgery at Stoke Mandeville Hospital and now treats a wide range of gynaecological conditions by this method.
Mr Dada has been the Laparoscopic and Gynaecology Lead in the Gynaecology department at BHNHST and has led the Hysteroscopy service for over 15 years. He is a former Oxford Deanery Laparoscopic Simulation Lead and is actively involved in the teaching of trainees in laparoscopic and hysteroscopic surgery. He was the Clinical Director for Obstetrics & Gynaecology at his Trust and has received excellence awards for his work in the unit.
Mr Dada's field of expertise includes the treatment of endometriosis and chronic pelvic pain and he is an expert in the treatment of women with menstrual disorders and uterine fibroids. Mr Dada has an MD in Reproductive Medicine and this affords a more complete assessment of women within the reproductive age undergoing treatment for various gynaecological conditions. He has a large practice in general gynaecology including the treatment of ovarian cysts and postmenopausal bleeding.
His many years of education and clinical experience make him highly qualified to treat a range of conditions. He has a knowledgeable, calm and friendly approach when treating patients.
