Susie is a dedicated physiotherapist committed to helping patients regain functionality, whether it involves everyday tasks or returning to sporting activities.
Her extensive clinical background includes work in elite sports settings and some of London's largest NHS Trusts, including a major trauma centre. This diverse experience has provided her with valuable insights into rehabilitating complex polytrauma cases and in helping patients return to activity after injury.
As a strong advocate for exercise of all kinds, Susie has actively participated in national-level rowing, as well as triathlons, half marathons, and CrossFit. Drawing upon her personal experiences and knowledge, she tailors individualised rehabilitation programs to meet her patients' specific needs.
In addition to her clinical work, Susie works as Team Physiotherapist with the Rosslyn Park Men's Rugby team and works contractually with Scottish Rugby. In 2019, she worked with the British Basketball U16 women's team in the run up to and during the European Championships in Bulgaria.
Susie is committed to high-level rehabilitation and has recently completed an MSc in Strength & Conditioning. As part of her master's program, she conducted research into the impact of utilising Blood-Flow Restriction (BFR) training post-achilles rupture, with the goal of assessing its potential to reduce muscle atrophy in the early stages of rehabilitation.
