Mr Nicholas Glover is a Consultant Opthamologist surgeon who specialises in vitreoretinal disease and cataracts. He graduated from both UCL and the London School of Hygeine and Tropical Medicine, where he obtained degrees in medicine and medical microbiology respectively. In 2007, Mr Glover earned his Fellowship from the Royal College of Opthalmologists after completing his higher opthalmic surgical training at Oxford Eye Hospital. While in this post, Mr Glover accomplished fellowships in both vitreoretinal surgery and retinal medicine, and travelled to South Africa to complete his surgical training. Mr Glover has vast experience in his field and has performed over 10,000 NHS and private cataract operations since graduating from medical school.
Mr Glover treats cataracts which may be complicated by other diseases such as Diabetes or Age Related Macular Degeneration. His areas of expertise include surgery for floaters, macular holes, epiretinal membranes, retinal detachments and diabetic eye disease.
