Dr Imran Ansari, a distinguished Consultant Cardiologist who stands at the forefront of adult cardiology, specialising in investigative cardiology. With a career trajectory marked by dedicated training and expertise, Dr Ansari has established himself as a prominent figure in the field, prioritising comprehensive patient care and cutting-edge techniques.
Dr Ansari completed his medical degree at Bhavnagar University, India in 2003 before relocating to the UK. In 2008, he became a Member of the Royal College of Physicians. He later completed his cardiology training in Nottingham and was appointed as a Consultant Cardiologist at Glenfield Hospital, Leicester, in September 2019 after receiving his CCT in 2018.
Dr Ansari addresses a wide array of cardiac issues, including ischaemic heart disease, valve disease, cardiomyopathy, and heart failure, chest pain assessment, breathlessness, palpitations, blackouts, and blood pressure assessment and control.
