Dr Wong deals with the full scope of foot and lower leg issues including complete lower leg substitution, and has been chipping away at growing new strategies in the treatment of slipping peroneal ligaments and calcaneal cracks. Other habitually overseen issues incorporate lower leg shakiness, Achilles ligament wounds and the treatment of osteochondral problems of the ankle.

He was awarded the Ministry of Health HMDP Scholarship to train at the University of Pittsburgh and the UPMC Centre for Sports Medicine, specialising in treatment in disorders of the Foot and Ankle.
Dr Wong was previously Senior Consultant and Director of the Sports Medicine Centre, Alexandra Hospital.
He also conducted the Foot and Ankle Clinics, and ran the High Risk Diabetic Foot Clinic in conjunction with a multidisciplinary team.
Dr Wong is also a visiting consultant at the National University Hospital.
Clinical Lecturer to the Yong Loo Lin School of Medicine, NUS, and a regular lecturer and past committee member for the Specialist Training Committee for Orthopaedic Surgery.
