Dr. Rahil Chaudhary

Rahil Chaudhary did his schooling from the prestigious Delhi Public School, R.K. Puram and went on to do his MBBS graduation from Himalayan Institute of Medical Sciences, Dehradun, and internship from Dr. Ram Manohar Lohia Hospital, PGIMER, New Delhi. He further went on to complete his post-graduation in Ophthalmology from Swami Vivekananda Subharti Medical College, Meerut, and then took further training from Harvard Medical School, Boston, USA.

He is the pioneer of Contoura Vision laser specs removal surgery in India and also the fastest to perform Contoura Vision surgery. He is also the Indian record holder for maximum laser specs removal surgeries done in India. He has also been featured in Indian record books for performing the first LIVE blade-less, cut-less, flapless laser specs removal surgery in the world. The surgery was seen live by over 15,000 people from across the globe.

His areas of interest are Cataract and Refractive surgery. Dr. Rahil Chaudhary has been an active participant in various national and international eye conferences. He has presented his scientific work at numerous conferences some of which include IIRSI Conference, All India Ophthalmic Conferences, Delhi Ophthalmic Conferences, European Society of Cataract and Refractive Surgeons Conference, Moscow Ophthalmic Conference etc.
