Miss Dr. Kottenhahn studied human medicine in Frankfurt am Main.
She was licensed to practice medicine in 1985 and received her doctorate in 1986. Since August 1986 she has been working at the Sana Klinikum Offenbach, initially as an assistant doctor, and from 2004 as a senior physician at the Medical Clinic 1.
Focus:
The main focus of our work is non-invasive cardiological diagnostics (ultrasound examinations, Doppler and duplex examinations of the vessels, checks of implanted pacemakers and defibrillators) as well as the invasive diagnosis and treatment of coronary heart disease, including emergency treatment for acute heart attacks.
She also provides training on self-monitoring of coagulation levels in patients on long-term anticoagulation (blood thinners).
