Diffuse coronary sclerosis is a condition where the coronary arteries, which supply blood to the heart, become hardened and narrowed due to plaque buildup. This reduces blood flow to the heart muscle, leading to chest pain (angina), shortness of breath, and in severe cases, heart attack.
