Dr. Mahesh Wadhwani

Dr. Mahesh Wadhwani is a seasoned and highly accomplished cardiothoracic and vascular surgeon serving as the Director & HOD of CTVS at Fortis Manesar. With around 24 years of experience, he has performed over 7,500 complex heart surgeries, demonstrating mastery across a broad spectrum of procedures. Trained at the prestigious Sree Chitra Tirunal Institute for Medical Sciences and Technology (SCTIMST), Trivandrum, he earned his MBBS from Government Kilpauk Medical College (Chennai), MS (General Surgery) from MGMMC & MYH (Indore), and MCh in CTVS from SCTIMST.

Dr. Wadhwani is a founding member of leading corporate hospitals in North India, including Narayana Hrudayalaya (Jaipur), Fortis Memorial Research Institute (Gurugram), and Max Hospital (Gurugram). His expertise spans pediatric cardiac surgery, beating-heart CABG, total arterial CABG, minimally invasive valve procedures, congenital heart defect repair, heart failure surgery, ventricular assist devices (VADs), heart and lung transplants, and more. He is also actively involved with the Indian Association of Cardiothoracic Surgeons and the Pediatric Cardiac Society of India.
