• Dr. Nair completed his MBBS from Government Medical College, Calicut and served as a Lecturer of General Surgery there.
• He has a Master of Surgery (MS) in General Surgery from Government Medical College, Thiruvananthapuram.
• Dr. Nair also has a Master of Chirurgiae (MCh) in Neurosurgery from Sanjay Gandhi Postgraduate Institute of Medical Sciences, Lucknow.
