Dr Hennedige graduated with first class honours from Monash University in Australia in 2005. She obtained her post-graduate FRCR and MMed degrees in Diagnostic Radiology in 2011. She completed basic and advanced training in Diagnostic Radiology in Singapore before joining the National Cancer Centre as an Associate Consultant in 2014.
Dr Hennedige has a strong research record, primarily in the realm of body oncology imaging. She has nearly 30 peer-reviewed publications and has presented papers and posters both locally and internationally. These include the Asian Oceanian Congress of Radiology, Scientific Assembly and Annual Meeting of the Radiological Society of North America, International Cancer Imaging So-ciety Meeting, CRI-CIMT-EATI-AACR International Cancer Immunotherapy Conference, and Annual Scientific Meeting of the Singapore Radiological Society and College of Radiologists.
In 2017, she attained the Masters of Clinical Investigation from NUS, Singapore. She has also garnered research grants amounting to over S$200,000. Dr Hennedige is a Fellow of the Royal College of Radiologists and Member of the International Cancer Imaging Society, Golden Key International Honour Society, Singapore Radiological So-ciety, Singapore Medical Association and Radiological Society of North America.
