Mr Andrew Chambler is an Orthopaedic Surgeon with over 14 years experience. He is also the Chairman of Circle Bath Hospital. He specializes in shoulder and elbow surgery, mainly shoulder and elbow joint replacements and tendon problems.
Mr Chambler qualified at St. Mary's Hospital Medical School and received his Masters of Surgery degree in 2000 at the University of London. In addition, Mr. Chambler has received Shoulder and Elbow Fellowships at Oxford, the Mayo Clinic in the USA, and many other places in the UK and Europe.
As a doctor he began the shoulder and elbow service at Yeovil District Hospital. This combined the latest techniques in joint replacement with high quality control to ensure the highest standard.
In 2013 Andrew moved to CircleBath permanently and was appointed its clinical chairman in 2016. He also occasionally provides orthopaedic service at Bahrain's King Hamad Hospital.
His surgical knowledge includes sports injuries, tendon injuries, and shoulder and elbow replacement. Mr. Chambler also works as faculty for arthroscopic shoulder and elbow courses, peer reviews Journals, and lectures both in the UK and abroad.
