Mr Aftab Ahmed is a Consultant Ear, Nose and Throat (ENT) Surgeon and Board-Certified Facial Plastic & Reconstructive Surgeon, currently practicing privately at The Wilmslow Hospital, Park Hill Hospital and Nottingham Woodthorpe Hospital. He also works in the NHS with the Doncaster and Bassetlaw Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust.
Mr Ahmed's clinical practice focuses on the diagnosis and treatment of a broad range of ENT conditions in both adults and children, including:
He has several years of experience performing surgical treatments such as adenoidectomy, tonsillectomy and sinus surgery.
Mr Ahmed completed his medical degree at the University of Sheffield in 1994 and was awarded a Membership with the Royal College of Surgeons in 1999. He became a Fellow in Otorhinolaryngology at the Royal College of Surgeons in 2005.
He holds professional memberships with a number of societies, including the European Academy of Facial Plastic Surgery.
